This red candle sits in a glass bowl partially filled with sea glass to provide some light and some glow to the room, but not to take away from the spa atmosphere of relaxation and peace. In the background you can see a pyramid of rolled towels and some beauty products ready to be used in a day spa.
Spas are a popular business in almost every country around the world; they are designed to be a place of pampering and relaxation and to give their customers a chance to get away from the business of life and just slow down for an hour or two. There are all different kinds of spas, some of them specializing in techniques such as massage and body wraps, and others offering what can be less relaxing procedures such as waxing.
Candles are used in spas and in home decor as well to give a sense of calm and relaxation to the people around them. Sometimes the candles can be scented although this is not always the case because people can be allergic to scents. One single red candle such as this one can add warmth and peace to any room and would be a nice addition to the spa atmosphere as it spreads a relaxing glow in the room.
