The flower buds of the Apricot tree are tightly closed and produce a lovely shade of darker pink. As the sunlight of Unterinnerhof in the South Tyrol region of Italy warms the buds, they will burst into bloom and the pink will be replaced by the five white petals of each flower.
After the flowers have fully opened and have adorned the apricot tree, they will slowly start to drop off and the fruit of the tree will start to appear. The apricot fruit is similar in look to that of a peach and flourish in yellow to orange hues, with red shades on one side of the fruit where they are baking in the warm sunlight every day.
