Blue sky over South Bay and the Kaikoura Coast on the South Island of New Zealand has been taken over by billowing cloud formations. As another day awaits the arrival of darkness, the stunning sunset filters through the clouds and shines off the water.
A possible evening storm may be brewing for the Kaikoura Coast but the sunset takes away from that idea. The clouds thicken along the mountains with blue sky still trying to peek out in the foreground and across the horizon.
Along the Kaikoura Coast of New Zealand, upon the lime green colored hills, one can sit and watch the light from the sunset squeeze its way through the clouds and create spectacular pictures in the clouds. Let your imagination run wild and find as many interesting images in the clouds as you can before a possible storm hits the Kaikoura Coast.
Nothing could make an evening such as this more fascinating than having a giant Sperm Whale explode from the water in a full body breach or to watch a pod of Dusky Dolphins perform aerobatics. The Kaikoura Coast in New Zealand is a beautiful place to visit at any time of day but a sunset such as this is hard to beat.
