The little village of Castell de Castells in Valencia, Spain is situated at the source of the river Jalon high in the mountains of Marina Alta. Castell de Castells is a peaceful spot, an ideal place to visit and take a rest from the busy Mediterranean coast. The olive groves of this area are still harvested the old-fashioned way and the virgin olive oil produced is one of the best in Spain.
