Most people find that a Black Bear in the wild will turn and head in the other direction when they come in contact with humans. This large black bear does not seem to have a very friendly expression upon his face when he met up with us and our large camera equipment in the wilderness of Ontario, Canada.

Humans are moving farther into the black bear's habitat, which makes it very important for us to learn about these wild animals and their natural characteristics and behavioral traits. This area in Ontario, Canada is still very much forest and a fair amount of wild black bear can be found in this region.
