Sausset les Pins in Provence has grown from a tiny fishing village with a population of around 200 to a family-oriented resort, population about 7,300.
Sausset les Pins and neighbouring villages Carry-le-Rouet and Carro are all part of the Parc Marin de la Cote Bleue, a well-protected marine park developed in 1983.
