Photo of Tuckamore Lodge in Western Newfoundland, Main Brook, part of the Viking Trail. Tuckamore Lodge is a "must stay" when on the Western Peninsula, it is located on beautiful Tuckamore Lake in the middle of "nowhere". I use Tuckamore Lodge for all my stays and as a base when I'm in Newfoundland for a photoshoot. The Lodge is close to all main attractions like Gros Morne National Park, the viking sites and the ocean where you can do the best iceberg watching as well as humpback whale watching.
