Tuckamore Lodge is a "must stay" when on the Western Peninsula, it is located on beautiful Tuckamore Lake in the middle of "nowhere". I use Tuckamore Lodge for all my stays and as a base when I'm in Newfoundland for a photoshoot. The Lodge is close to all main attractions like Gros Morne National Park, the viking sites and the ocean where you can do the best iceberg watching as well as humpback whale watching. Tuckamore Lodge is a well managed Lodge and I higly recommend it. I'm such a big Fan of it that now we have photography workshops added to our list - and sure, yes, we will use Tuckamore Lodge as our main base - great food and a beautiful, relaxing stay is guaranteed!
