We usually ship within 48 hours, and by "standard mail" with Canada Post. Within North America you should expect your order within 1-2 weeks, however please be aware that it can take longer. Whenever you travel through Alberta, Canada be sure to include a trip to Elbow Falls in the Kananaskis Country. The Elbow River runs from Elbow Lake which is located in the Kananaskis Country in the Rocky Mountains. The river winds its way east towards Bragg Creek and onto Calgary to meet up with the Bow River but not before dropping over a rocky ledge creating the Elbow Falls. At Elbow Falls the river plunges several metres to the canyon below creating a foaming pool of water and spray.
