The El Rebeco Restaurant in the village of Torla is just one of the excellent restaurants and hotels catering to the many visitors who wish to explore the National Park of Ordesa and Mount Perdido in Huesca, Aragon in Spain.

Torla is at the main entrance to the park which is about 8 kilometers away, and it is advisable to reserve hotel accommodations if visiting in the summer months. Because of its location Torla in Huesca has constructed many necessary new buildings on the edge of the village, but the centre of Torla still has the feel of the ancient place it is.

The El Rebeco Restaurant has a welcoming portal and the photographs in the dining room depict the history of Torla. The open fireplace and the attractive stone and black marble floor add to the comfortable ambiance. The menu is varied, and in the chilly autumn weather the venison, mountain goat or boar stews are hearty stick-to-the-ribs meals.

Many of the stone houses of Torla have been converted into pensions and restaurants to satisfy the tourist population. As each year passes, the village of Torla in Aragon seems to be attracting more visitors that come here to see this unique part of Spain.
