The little village of Tarbena in Valencia, Spain is situated about 1850 feet up in the mountains of the Costa Blanca region and approximately 15 miles from the Mediterranean Sea. The rough terrain is a challenge to the many walking tours of the area, but the ancient history and spectacular scenery around Tarbena in Valencia is reward enough.
