As the tide comes and covers some of the rugged rocks on the coast of California, the landscape changes dramatically but once the tide recedes again, hundreds of jagged rocks seem to appear. When a storm passes through California, USA, the coast is an eerie place as the water crashes against the shore. Some waves splash to great heights as they pound against the protruding rocks creating a mist that hovers above the water's surface.
