Whether you drive a car, a motorbike or walk the Route des Cretes (Road of Crests) eastward from the towns of Cassis to La Ciotat in Provence, France it is a journey that should not be missed. The 16 kilometer adventure starts from the base of Cap Cannaille, a 399 meter limestone cliff looming over Cassis Bay. Cap Cannaille is the highest sea-coast cliff in Europe.
