A campground at the Pinware River Provincial Park, extends out along a small peninsula ending where the river and Atlantic Ocean meet in the Strait of Belle Isle. Fine grainy red sand fringes the tip of the peninsula where the clutter of footprints are erased with each ebb and flow of the tide.
