As you stand in the village of Aiguines and look out over the horizon at Lac de Sainte Croix and the Verdon Canyon you can actually see as far as the Plateau de Valensole. Sunset is one of the best times of the day to enjoy the scenery as the sun performs magic in the sky before it calls it quits for another day.
Lac de Ste Croix is the largest lake of the Verdon Lakes where you can enjoy any water activity that you can imagine. Each evening you can sit back on the beach at sunset, enjoy a picnic and relax as the sky portrays an amazing show of exquisite colors.
