Port de la Bonaigua or Bonaigua Pass in Catalonia is 2,072 metres high in the Pyrenees Mountain Range where horses roam free. Plenty of adult horses with their young wander through the mountain pass where they have become accustomed to the high altitude, heat and freedom. Cows are another type of animal that you will see venturing through the Bonaigua Pass in Catalonia.Staying close to its mother, this young horse tries to get a feel of his new surroundings at Bonaigua Pass in Catalonia, Spain. It will take a while for this young horse to get up enough courage to venture farther on its own.A mother's side is by far the safest place to be until the horse reaches about four to six months old.
