The working boats tied up at the Mole Jean Reveille docks, in the Old Town area, are the livelihood for many of the people of Saint Tropez in Provence, France. Whether they are fishing boats or boats for hire, waiting for visiting tourists, or ferry boats traveling back and forth out of the harbour, these boats are in sharp contrast to the luxury cruisers which sail in the waters of the French Riviera.Whatever their use, the boats all get safe moorage at the Saint Tropez dock which is surrounded by historic buildings. During October, every year, a huge regatta is held drawing in many luxury yachts that overtake the smaller boats but it also brings in thousands of tourists.Boats tied up to the dock along Mole Jean Reveille in St Tropez, The Var, Provence, France, Europe.
