Photo: Wild Animals
There's nothing quite like the sight of wild animals in their natural habitat like these harp seals in the Gulf of Lawrence in Canada.
These wild animals, a harp seal female and her 3 day old pup, dwell on the ice floes in the Atlantic regions of Canada. The pregnant females haul out onto the pack ice about 2 days before giving birth to their young which they then attend to on a regular basis to feed.
