Sunset near Voels am Schlern with rock formations which are a part of the Schlern Sciliar in the Naturpark Schlern or Parco Naturale dello Sciliar, Italy.The jagged peaks of the Hammerwand stand at 2128 metres and tower above medieval fortresses and pretty mountain villages such as Voels on the south side of the alps.The rustic wooden fence in the foreground adds to the charm of this picture with rolling lush green pastures and quaint country house, towered over by a jagged peak which is struck by the golden sunset light.
I photographed this photo with the digital SLR camera model Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II, aperture of f/22.0, exposure time of 1/1 sec. on ISO 100, as always I used a original Canon Lens, the focus lenght for this picture was 28mm.
