The magnificent Lac de Ste Croix lake close to the Grand Canyon du Verdon in France, Europe is a beautiful turquoise hue and is approximately 10 kilometers in length and 3 kilometers wide. The lake shore has an abundance of beaches and picnic areas that are easily accessed and never seem to get overcrowded with visitors as there is plenty to choose from.
