From a viewpoint along Highway 95 in Utah, USA, a stunning sunset fills the sky outlining the rolls on the peaks of the hills. The pinkish hues glow directly above the rock formations with cloud formations slowly moving in and taking on the colors from the sunset.The bright pink shades filled with yellow streaks slowly fade as the rays from the sun begin to dip farther behind the hills and the higher clouds have almost lost any tinge of color. Eventually, another magnificent sunset will give way to darkness and say good night to the people of Utah.Due to the desert landscape that surrounds Utah, USA, a sunset and its spectacular hues can be seen for miles across the land. Many a picture has been taken by tourists as well as local residents of the breathtaking sunsets that regularly enhance the sky and make a photographer's job a little simpler.Highway 95 takes approximately five hours to drive but the stops along the way to view a sunset, rock ledges or canyons can add a great amount of time on to your travels. Every stop is well worth it as Utah has so much to offer and rushing this drive would be like missing the natural beauty of Utah.There is an endless list of things to see along Highway 95 and you will not realize how much you actually saw until each picture is looked at after your holiday.Sunset, Highway 95, Utah, USA, North America.
I photographed this photo with the digital SLR camera model Canon EOS-1DS, aperture of f/9.0, exposure time of 4/1 sec. on ISO 100, as always I used a original Canon Lens, the focus lenght for this picture was 400mm.
