A peculiar, multicoloured squash named for it's appearance, the turban squash is considered to be a "winter" vegetable. It is grown during the summer months but is a good keeper through fall and into the winter season.

I photographed this photo with the digital SLR camera model Canon EOS 5D Mark II, aperture of f/10.0, exposure time of 1/100 sec. on ISO 100, as always I used a original Canon Lens, the focus lenght for this picture was 200mm.
