Often referred to as a noxious weed because of their ability to overtake the landscape, the tree lupins thrive along the shores of Lake Hawea and Lake Wanaka in Central Otago, New Zealand. When in bloom, their pungent sweet fragrance fills the air.

I photographed this photo with the digital SLR camera model Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II, aperture of f/10.0, exposure time of 1/100 sec. on ISO 100, as always I used a original Canon Lens, the focus lenght for this picture was 28mm.
