One of the best ways to see Alaska, in all of it's grandeur, would be on a cruise ship bound to Tracy Arm, a waterway reaching deep into glacier territory. Sawyer Glacier, found at the tip of Tracy Arm, is an amazing blue edifice of ancient ice and a popular highlight of Alaskan Cruise Vacations. As a passenger of the various cruiselines you have the benefit of seeing and exploring not only the waterways but the forest, mountains, glaciers and wildernesses of Alaska.
