The water surrounding this orca whale looks like molten gold during sunset. This cute orca is excited after having killed a sea lion and was doing backstrokes, spy hopping, tail slapping etc.

The behaviour of killer whales is variable and quite entertaining for visitors on a whale watching tour from Northern Vancouver Island, BC, Canada.

I photographed this photo with the digital SLR camera model Canon EOS 7D, aperture of f/5.0, exposure time of 1/1600 sec. on ISO 400, as always I used a original Canon Lens, the focus lenght for this picture was 300mm.
