The pink, yellow and purplish colors of this sunset glow through the openings of the trees on the crest of this island off Northern Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. Boating at sunset when the waters are calm off Northern Vancouver Island is the most amazing and tranquil place you will ever find.Imagine camping for a couple of nights on an island like this and enjoying the incredible sunset, hearing nothing but the sound of the rippling waves and having the possibility of a pod of killer whales pass by while the mist from their blowholes disintegrates into thin air.If an opportunity arises to tour the waters around Northern Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada you will find a world that you didn't even knew existed with spectacular scenery, various types of wildlife and islands that are full of life and others that are lifeless and serene.
I photographed this photo with the digital SLR camera model Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II, aperture of f/5.6, exposure time of 1/320 sec. on ISO 400, as always I used a original Canon Lens, the focus lenght for this picture was 160mm.
