Photo: Spring Tulips

Nestled in beside a pond near the Rock Garden in the Hamilton Royal Botanical Gardens in early spring are a mass of colourful tulips.

The beautifully maintained grounds of the Royal Botanical Gardens did justice to the beauty of the spring tulips. Located in Hamilton, Ontario, it was a great pleasure to wander along the garden paths and observe the many different floral displays. The Rock Garden is splashed with brilliant colours as the 100,000 plus bulbs imported from Holland burst open to display vivid colours of their flowers.
