Standing as sentinels, the Gates of the Arctic National Park greet the visitor. The gates are composed of two peaks- Frigid Crags and Boreal Mountain located in the Brooks Range in Alaska, USA. Massive expanses of snow and rock make the best natural playground for the true outdoorsman. The visitor can endulge in any number of activites ranging from skiing, fishing, hiking, climbing, and more. Doing an authentic Dog Sledding camp out would be a fantastic way to experience Alaska. Even just cutting a trail through the snow to the Gates can bring a sparkle to your eye and colour to your cheeks.
