A trained sheep shearer gives a shearing demonstration at the Agrodome in Rotorua on the North Island of New Zealand.

It can take only 2-3 minutes for a professional sheep shearer to shear an entire sheep. Usually starting with the belly and working their way round the sheep using an efficient set of movements. A demonstration of sheep shearing is given at the Agrodome in Rotorua during their shows.
