This is also where the one campground in the park is located, so it can get quite busy, but if you can find a quiet rock on which to sit and admire the view, it can seem like you are the only two in the world.

Exploring Killarney Provincial Park may feel like you are stepping into a painting, and there is a reason for this as Canada's most famous group of painters, The Group of Seven, used to come to this park to paint. They were so taken with the gorgeous scenery that they wanted to capture it on a canvas and that is why the area is now a park and is protected land.
