The Italian countryside of rolling hills near Voels, Italy where the sunset turns mountain peaks into colors of different shades is truly the most picturesque sight around this region. The hills in the foreground are a deep green hue and the hills in rows behind change into a variety of shades as the sunset slowly starts to fade behind the peaks. Hiking over the hills of the Italian mountains is a worthwhile expedition but always be prepared as the sun can beat down upon you and as sunset approaches you will realize there is more than one reason to appreciate a sunset. Picturesque scenic views from one hill formation to the next brings a different perspective to the surrounding land on each peak that you make it to.

I photographed this photo with the digital SLR camera model Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II, aperture of f/10.0, exposure time of 1/100 sec. on ISO 100, as always I used a original Canon Lens, the focus lenght for this picture was 170mm.
