Trout River in Newfoundland, Canada is a great place in the spring months for a relaxing day of fishing under sunny skies. This small community spends many days on the river fishing and catching lobsters.

Most of the local residents that reside in this small town of Newfoundland rely on the lobster or fishing season as their source of income. This peach and green fishing boat is one of many boats moored along the Trout River after a day on the water.

Lobster traps line the dock ready for any fishing boat to use at any given time. Lobsters are processed and harvested throughout Newfoundland with April to June being some of the best months.

If you are up for a day of fishing or lobster trapping in Newfoundland, rent a b
oat and try your luck on the Trout River.
