Gray clouds hover over Lac Monroe in Mont Tremblant Provincial Park in Quebec as some canoeists decide to take a break and enjoy the scenery from the lake shore. Across the lake, Autumn colors begin to fill the trees that line the shores as the calm waters of Lac Monroe glisten in the unique lighting.
Autumn brings the spectacular colours to Mont Tremblant Provincial Park in Quebec and the serenity that surrounds you is uncanny. Most of the tourists have returned to their home towns to get back into the routine of their daily lives but around Lac Monroe you could hear a pin drop in the park.
This is the best time to visit Mont Tremblant Provincial Park where you can enjoy the wilderness while canoeing on the lake. Lac Monroe is one of approximately one hundred beautiful lakes in the park and canoeing opportunities are endless. The only downfall to visiting Mont Tremblant Park in Quebec, Canada and the lake is that warmer clothing is required as the weather does drop quite a few degrees from the summer months.
Canoe rentals are available at Lac Monroe as well as packages that involve a day trip, a few days or even a week. There are thousands of places to explore around Lac Monroe and the beauty of the area is stunning when Fall has hit its peak.
A trip to Mont Tremblant Provincial Park while in Quebec is highly recommended.
