The city of Frankfurt in Hessen, Germany is a misty, ethereal sight at dusk, as the skyscrapers and other buildings loom over the bridge crossing the Main River. In the twilight the Frankfurt skyline could be confused with any modern city in the world where skyscrapers are found. The lovely grey-pink light bathes the buildings in a fairyland aura.The Main River is 574 kilometers in length (including the White Main) and is an important tributary of the Rhine. There are pedestrian, railway and automobile bridges at various intervals along the river. The largest city along the Main is Frankfurt and there are several inland ports in the area. I photographed this photo with the digital SLR camera model Canon EOS-1Ds Mark III, aperture of f/11.0, exposure time of 13/10 sec. on ISO 50, as always I used a original Canon Lens, the focus lenght for this picture was 135mm.
