A Killer Whale leisurely surfaces in the ocean waters off Northern Vancouver Island, BC leaving his mist behind glistening in the sunlight.
The ocean is full of amazing and beautiful marine mammals which are often seen off Northern Vancouver Island, BC during the whale watching season from July to October. This Killer Whale allowed us to capture his beauty just as the sunlight shone through the ocean mist which is sprayed out the blowhole.

I photographed this photo with the digital SLR camera model Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II, aperture of f/7.1, exposure time of 1/640 sec. on ISO 200, as always I used a original Canon Lens, the focus lenght for this picture was 370mm.
