An arch, which has been created through the erosion of the rock, has formed in the shape of an elephant in the Valley of Fire State Park, Nevada, USA. A small crack at the top allows a slither of light from the sun through.

The sun peers through a small crack in the rock which is in the form of an arch in the Valley of Fire State Park in Nevada, USA.

Elephant Rock is situated right next to the road in the Valley of Fire, however it is accessed via a trail from the parking lot a 1/3 of mile along the road.

I photographed this photo with the digital SLR camera model Canon EOS-1Ds Mark III, aperture of f/22.0, exposure time of 1/25 sec. on ISO 100, as always I used a original Canon Lens, the focus lenght for this picture was 14mm.
