The wonders of nature surround the entire area along the banks of the Restoule River in Ontario, Canada as the trees display their beautiful Autumn hues. As the colorful leaves begin to drop from their branches, some decorate the landscape, while others spin and twist in the river and over the waterfall to places unknown.Along the Restoule River, there are various smaller waterfalls cascading over the rocks on their way downstream, and nobody knows how far one of these autumn leaves has traveled. Many of the leaves display their array of color over the boulders where they snuggle into the crevasses away from any strong winds.Where the river becomes deeper, many canoes are seen paddling along beside the colorful Autumn forests, but people should always be aware of the rapids which may lay ahead. Once the shallower sections of the river approach, canoes must be taken out of the water and walked farther down to deeper areas.The Restoule River appears as a small river in this picture as the colorful Autumn leaves encompass the area, but in reality, the entire length of the river runs for about forty kilometers.The town of Restoule, Ontario has its own special character to it which the population of approximately five hundred creates. I photographed this photo with the digital SLR camera model Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II, aperture of f/18.0, exposure time of 2/5 sec. on ISO 50, as always I used a original Canon Lens, the focus lenght for this picture was 27mm.
