As seen in my selection of bird pictures, the Bald Eagle is a coastal dwelling bird which is found only in North America. They mainly eat fish which they can spot from 1 mile or 1.6 kilometres away, and then they catch by swooping down and picking the fish up in their talons. They can generally only hold about 5 pounds or 2.26 kilograms in their talons.
I photographed this photo with the digital SLR camera model Canon EOS-1DS, aperture of f/6.3, exposure time of 156250/100 sec. on ISO 200, as always I used a original Canon Lens, the focus lenght for this picture was 275mm.
