A quiet square in the historic mining town of Arrowtown in Central Otago is the location of this interesting sculpture.
The sculpture looks like two unfurling fronds of a fern, stylized along the line of Maori art. The name of the artwork is unknown but it's location is off Buckingham Street in Arrowtown.

I photographed this photo with the digital SLR camera model Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II, aperture of f/5.6, exposure time of 1/125 sec. on ISO 100, as always I used a original Canon Lens, the focus lenght for this picture was 27mm.
