As you drive along the mountain road amongst the steep walls of the Anisclo Canyon in Aragon, Spain you feel like you are being overpowered by rock formations. The canyon road takes you through some of the most beautiful scenery that you will ever see as it winds its way along gigantic cliffs in the Parque Nacional Ordesa y Monte Perdido in Aragon, Spain.
Lush greenery grows sporadically along the sunnier sides of the canyon walls and makes the scenery along the road even more breathtaking than it already is. Some parts of this mountain road are more suitable for 4x4's where there is limited road space along the canyon walls and rougher terrain.
Be prepared to stop on the road for some magnificent pictures of the natural beauty in this canyon or possibly even a fascinating wildlife photo. The Anisclo Canyon in Huesca, Aragon in Spain is open for mountain climbing, hiking, four wheel drives or tours depending on your sightseeing preference.
