The Palacio de Justicia in the city of Valencia, Spain was built in the latter half of the 18th century to be used as a customs-house for the sea trade. Then for almost 100 years, until 1914, it was a tobacco factory. Vincente Rodriguez, an architect of the time, transformed the building into the present Palace of Justice.
