If you travel to St. Anthony, Newfoundland in the summer months, you can get an amazing picture of the pack ice that fills the harbour. Large chunks of ice have broken off the larger icebergs and made their way into the harbour of St. Anthony which can make it difficult for boaters until it thaws.
Each piece of pack ice is unique in its shape and size and is continuously changing as the ice begins to melt.
