One of the finest architectural buildings with over one hundred years of history is the Old City Hall in Toronto, Ontario in Canada. As evening approaches the lights of Old City Hall and the tall skyscrapers in the background illuminate the downtown core of Toronto, Ontario.
This City Hall took more than twenty years in the planning and building process and was one that was budgeted at a price far below what the final numbers actually were.
