The cascading waters of Mill Falls, a waterfall in Kejimkujik National Park and National Historic Site in Nova Scotia, are located at the end of a 500 metre long trail (1 kilometre return) where the Mersey River rushes over ancient African slate rock.
The waterfall is also the site of many a portage, where the Mi'Kmaq people came to cross the river as well as to fish. Kejimkujik is a park rich in cultural heritage which is one reason for it being designated a national historic site as well as a national park.
