Types of Mammals are broken into several groups including: Marsupils, Placental Mammals, and Monotremes.
The diet of mammals varies and includes Herbivores (plant eaters), Insectivores (insect eaters), Omnivores (plant and meat eaters), and Carnivores (meat eaters). Mammals tend to have to eat a lot in order to maintain their high body temperature.
