No trip to the North Island of New Zealand is complete without visiting Cape Reinga which is located at the northwestern tip of the island, where the Tasman Sea and Pacific Ocean meet. Just to the South of the Cape Reinga lighthouse is 90 Mile Beach, which is such a wide area that cars and buses drive on it as though it was part of the highway. Whatever the weather, a visit to Cape Reinga on the North Island of New Zealand will be memorable.
