The town of Torbole in the Trentino-Alto Adige region of Italy is a resort centre. Sitting at the top of Lago di Garda (Lake Garda) and close to the mouth of the Sarca River, Torbole is a paradise for windsurfing and sailing.

First mentioned in 1175 the church was damaged by the French army in 1703 and restored in a Baroque style.
