The Cove, as it's affectionately referred to by locals, is located at the northern end of Johnstone Strait - a body of water which separates Vancouver Island from the Mainland of British Columbia (commonly called BC), Canada.
Many of Telegraph Cove's buildings date back to its founding in the early 1900's and are now used to house the many attractions which make this historic hamlet a mecca for tourism. At its "front door" are scattered islands clothed in thick forests, ambling streams, and rocky shorelines - the beginning of the Broughton Archipelago, a marine park teeming with wildlife, nature, and culture.
