At the Domaine de Grand Pre vineyard, specialty types of grapes are grown that are only accustomed to grow properly in the climate and landscape of Nova Scotia. The owner of the Domaine de Grand Pre has been operating for fourteen years as he saw great potential in the landscape and it has paid off extremely well for him. This vineyard has produced some of the finest grapes and the winery has made some of the best wines in Nova Scotia that people can not seem to turn down.
You can tour through the vineyard and learn the difference in each type of grape and how they are grown, sample a variety of wines and then dine at the Domaine de Grand Pre restaurant.
