Garda Lake or Lago di Garda in the Trentino-Alto region of Northern Italy is one of three popular lakes in the area. Lake Maggiore and Lake Como are quite close to Milan, but Lake Garda, the largest of the three, is nearer to Verona and Venice. It began in 1979 and the club now has a membership of around 250 and hosts many national and international competitions each year.
